Returns System
Standard Returns (7 Days)
If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days. Just make sure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Special Cases (Up to 30 Days)
We know sometimes things happen—maybe a product was delayed, defective or there’s another valid reason. In these cases you can return within 30 days. Just hit us up and explain the situation.

Refunds System
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll replace it for free or give you a full refund including shipping.
